I understand that travel & other associated fees for staff are at the expense of the customer (purchaser). An estimate for this can be provided once an interview date has been selected. If a request is made to conduct filming at more than one physical address or if the filming extends to multiple days, a fee will also be added to the final cost.

I understand that the final video will be privately uploaded to a password-protected site. I understand that the first payment is due on or before the scheduled interview date and the balance is due immediately after notification that the video has arrived. Downloading privileges will be granted after the final payment has been received. Changes to the completed video may incur an additional charge. No changes will be made after 5 business days.

Sacred Stories, LLC will keep all raw footage stored for a minimum of six months after the date of video delivery to client. The client may purchase raw footage or request additional products within this six month period, but additional charges may apply. After six months, the raw footage may be erased and additional work may not be possible.

For marketing purposes, photos of the interview may be shared on social media/company website. Personal photos or video clips to be shared would receive additional consent from the above parties.
