- ELITE – Additional pro videographer to operate camera, additional cameras, multiple people captured on video, participants may be filmed together and/or separately, option for additional B-roll video footage (cooking in kitchen, playing musical instrument, etc.) – $3800
- STANDARD – Additional pro videographer to operate camera, additional cameras, $300 fee for each additional person on camera, participants filmed together – $2400 for 1 person, $2700 for 2, etc.
- SIMPLE- One staff to conduct interview & film with 1 camera, $300 fee for each additional person on camera, participants filmed together – $1600 for 1, $1900 for 2, etc.

Preferred location(s) for filming:*
Travel & other associated fees outside of a 30-mile radius are at the expense of the customer. If a request is made to conduct filming at more than one physical address, a fee will also be added to the final cost.

For our B-roll footage, we request a minimum of 10-20 digital photos. These should be provided on or before the scheduled interview date. Email photos to info@sacredstoriesfilms.com

I understand that the final video will be privately uploaded to a password-protected site. I understand that the first payment is due on or before the scheduled interview date and the balance is due immediately after notification that the video has arrived. Downloading privileges will be granted after the final payment has been received. Changes to the completed video may incur an additional charge. No changes will be made after 5 business days.

Sacred Stories, LLC will keep all raw footage stored for a minimum of six months after the date of video delivery to client. The client may purchase raw footage or request additional products within this six month period, but additional charges may apply. After six months, the raw footage may be erased and additional work may not be possible.

For marketing purposes, photos of the interview may be shared on social media/company website. Personal photos or video clips to be shared would receive additional consent from the above parties.

A Legacy Film is a 30+ minute film in full HD quality (with stock photos and music added for effect), color correction and grading of film, and audio clean-up and enhancement. Unedited raw footage may be purchased for a fee.
